PHLP offers its services free of charge, and relies on contributions like yours to provide our services. Your support will help individuals and families in Pennsylvania access health coverage, giving them peace of mind and the opportunity to be independent, contributing citizens of our Commonwealth.
All donors will receive a letter acknowledging their donation for tax purposes. If you have any questions about donating to PHLP, email Ashley Vogel at: avogel [at] phlp [dot] org.
For Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards, the card code is the last 3 digit number located on the back of your card on or above your signature line.
For American Express, it’s a 4 digit number that appears on the front of your card, above and either on the left or right of the card number (see below).
