We need your help to support more than 3,000 State Teachers of the Year and Finalists advancing the teaching profession and student achievement. By supporting the National Network of State Teachers of the Year (NNSTOY), you are investing in the no-cost practice, policy, and advocacy opportunities NNSTOY offers to its members and other educators across the United States. Instead of membership dues, we ask for your support to help make the following initiatives happen:

  • Fellowships, such as National STEM Fellowship and Voices for Honest Education Fellowship, for members and other expert educators
  • Member development opportunities, such as Learning and Leadership Networks and Pop Up PD
  • Annual Legislative Education Agenda and engagement opportunities to educate school board members and state legislators on supports to attract, retain, develop teachers
  • School district partnerships, such as Prince George’s County Public Schools and Department of Defense Education Activity, with programming powered by members
  • Paid professional development opportunities for members to build the capacity of educators across the country
  • Teaching Beyond the Barriers Series, a six-part professional development course designed around the Habits of Equity framework
  • The Bi-Weekly Wind Down newsletter, reaching just over 4K educators and stakeholders
  • Expand state chapters across the country
  • Webinars on community leadership opportunities
  • A world-class National Teacher Leadership Conference
