I/we have voluntarily agreed to participate in the Hopewell Community Campout Saturday, June 23, 2018 - Sunday, June 24, 2018. I/we understand there may be a possibility of injury to myself, another member of the family, or others participating in the Hopewell Community Campout (the “Campout) due to the use of equipment, tools, or the physical environment (including, but not limited to, insect, uneven terrain, and crossing streams,) or other related causes.

IN CONSIDERATION FOR the right to participate in the campout and with full knowledge of the possibility of injury as outlined above, and intending to be legally bound, I hereby agree for myself and my family:

1. To RELEASE D&R Greenway land Trust (the “Greenway”) and the Borough of Hopewell (the “Borough”) from any and all liability, claims, demands or any causes of action brought as a result of my/our participation in the Campout;

2. To NOT SUE OR OTHERWISE MAKE ANY CLAIM against the Greenway and the Borough for any injury or harm that may arise from my/our participation in the Campout;

3. To ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY for any risk occurring from my/our participation in the Campout;

4. To USE MY/OUR BEST EFFORTS to act reasonably and responsibly during my/our participation in the Campout;

5. To INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS Greenway and the Borough from all claims, judgments, expenses, and costs, including but not limited to: attorney's fees, incurred in connection with any claims brought as a result of my/our participation in the Campout.
